Kickstart Your Check-in Now

Step 1. Sign Up
AIO is now available through a Monash University research study. Complete the sign-up form to join—rest assured, your responses will remain confidential, and all data is de-identified.

Step 2. Check-in Survey
Once registered with AIO, you'll receive a login link via email and can begin your 5-minute mental health check-in survey.

Step 3. Recommendations
You'll see personalised, evidence-based recommendations. Log in anytime to review and track your progress with additional check-ins.
AIO is not designed to provide a comprehensive assessment or diagnosis of your mental health and wellbeing, and therefore may not identify the issues that would be identified by a full clinical assessment conducted by a health practitioner.
